This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to transportation services provided by Kreis Supply Chain Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Kreis Supply Chain."

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for transportation services may be considered under the following circumstances:

    a. Service Non-Performance: If the transportation services are not rendered as per the agreed-upon schedule and specifications.

    b. Service Cancellation: If the customer cancels the transportation service in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

  2. Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must submit a written request to our customer support team within 1 day from the date of the scheduled transportation service. The request should include details such as the service agreement or order number, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

  3. Verification Process: Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to verify the validity of refund requests. This may involve communication with the customer, review of service-related documentation, and assessment of the reasons for non-performance or cancellation.

  4. Refund Approval or Rejection: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the merits of each case. Factors considered include the nature of the issue, evidence provided, and compliance with these refund policies.

  5. Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the customer within 7-10 business days. Refunds may be provided in the form of a credit, replacement service, or monetary refund, at the sole discretion of Kreis Supply Chain.

  6. Cancellation Policy: If a customer wishes to cancel transportation services before the scheduled date, a refund may be considered based on the cancellation terms specified in the service agreement. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  7. Force Majeure Events: Kreis Supply Chain is not liable for refunds in cases of non-performance or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government interventions.

  8. Changes to Refund Policy: Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
