Conditions Of Carriage

These Conditions of Carriage ("Conditions") are applicable to all services provided by Kreis Supply Chain Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Kreis Supply Chain." These Conditions govern the transportation of goods and related services and form a binding agreement between Kreis Supply Chain and the party utilizing our services, hereinafter referred to as "Customer."

  1. Acceptance of Conditions: By engaging our services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Carriage. These Conditions prevail over any conflicting terms or conditions provided by the Customer.

  2. Scope of Services: Kreis Supply Chain provides transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to, the handling, storage, and transportation of goods. The specific details of the services are outlined in the agreement between Kreis Supply Chain and the Customer.

  3. Packaging and Labeling: The Customer is responsible for appropriately packaging and labeling the goods in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to refuse transportation of improperly packaged or labeled goods.

  4. Customer agrees that its Shipment is acceptable for transportation and is deemed unacceptable if:
    • it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods), any applicable government department or other relevant organization; no customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations;

    • it contains counterfeit goods, animals, bullion, currency, banderols/tax stickers, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones; real or imitation firearms, parts thereof, weapons, explosives and ammunition; human remains, pornography or illegal narcotics/drugs),

    • it contains any other item which DHL decides cannot be carried safely or legally, or its packaging is defective or inadequate.

  5. Liability for Loss or Damage: Kreis Supply Chain shall exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting the goods. However, in the event of loss or damage to the goods during transit, Kreis Supply Chain's liability is limited to the terms outlined in the applicable agreement or, in the absence of such terms, to the limits of full service charges as paid for the respective shipment.

  6. Cancellation Eligibility: Shipping label cancellations may be considered under the following circumstances:

    a. Order Modification or Cancellation: If the customer needs to modify or cancel an order after the shipping label has been generated.

    b. Error in Label Generation: If there is an error in the shipping label due to system issues or inaccuracies.

  7. Non-Cancellation of Shipped Packages: Once a package with a generated shipping label has been tendered to the carrier, the shipping label cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to ensure accuracy before generating shipping labels.

  8. Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the customer within 7-10 business days. Refunds may be provided in the form of a credit, replacement service, or monetary refund, at the sole discretion of Kreis Supply Chain.

  9. Insurance: Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Customer is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for the goods during transit. Kreis Supply Chain is not liable for any loss or damage beyond the limits of its liability as specified in these Conditions.

  10. Force Majeure Events: Kreis Supply Chain is not liable for refunds in cases of non-performance or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government interventions.

  11. Charges and Payments: The Customer agrees to pay all charges associated with the transportation and logistics services as outlined in the agreement. Payment terms are specified in the invoice, and failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services.

  12. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Kreis Supply Chain harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Customer's breach of these Conditions or any applicable laws.

  13. Termination of Services: Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to terminate or suspend its services at any time for non-compliance with these Conditions or any applicable laws.

  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Conditions shall be subject to Haryana Jurisdiction Only.

By utilizing the services of Kreis Supply Chain, the Customer agrees to abide by these Conditions of Carriage. These Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the Customer is responsible for reviewing the latest version.

Kreis Supply Chain reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
